At a studio close to home, I not only found poses to keep my shoulders and torso limber, but yoga also gave me the tools for healing off the mat. I was lucky to have traditional Hatha yoga teachers and I grew to love the philosophy of yoga. It led me to a meditation practice and spiritual growth I would never have predicted. My positive yoga experience is something I want to share with others.
